Central Point Escape | Hot Tub & EV Charger

This is such a great place. Everything is kept nice close to downtown. You can walk very quiet Safe neighborhood. Thanks again for the great stay we appreciate it.

Pictures are deceiving and old. Past posts must have low standards and nocturnal. Beds are loud and uncomfortable, hot tub on property makes it impossible to get a good nights rest in the back room. NO DRESSSER DRAWERS for your clothes, you are living out of your suitcases. Property is on the corner of a very loud and busy intersection with elementary school across the street. School bus, parks in front of front bedroom window early am with engine running,neighbors work on cars, motorcycles all day and night, with their property full of clutter and trash. Rental property came with old dirty trash all over backyard, had to clean it when we arrived for safety of our pup. Had to purchase batteries for TV remote, carpets are stained and dirty throughout, kitchen appliances broken, and unorganized, kitchen sink faucet broken, differed maintenance through out the whole place. Your neighbor enjoys parking their truck in the your walk path to the front door as you need the path to avoid getting soaked by the sprinklers that run all the time on the property. ANTS everywhere in the home. Major dust problem in the home due to all the fake plants and dirty fabric. It's ironic they offer a late check in 4pm with an early check out 10am, due to cleaners and maintenance crew scheduling, what do they do? Pay the extra money to stay elsewhere!

Great location for visiting family in town. We really appreciated having access to an EV charger on site!

Host sent easy instructions on how to get in. The home was in perfect condition, clean, great bedding and linens. Kitchen had all that we needed, including wine glasses and wine bottle opener. We further enjoyed the fast EV charger. We contacted the host with a minor request and he responded quickly and the request was filled timely. We will be back on our next trip. Highly recommend this property.
