The place was quaint and lean. Perfect for a quick getaway

Clean, well stocked, coffee pods provided and a bottle of wine! Great location close to park. Toilet was issue. Yes it is clearly explained in the description of property. But when you get there, there are signs everywhere reminding you to use liners and telling you if you do not you will be fined. I think it was the threat of a fine that bothered us. However it was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing after a day of hiking, but not all jets were functioning.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this location. It is a short distance to the Mt. Rainier Nisqually entrance! The peaceful surroundings were exactly what we were looking for, and we especially enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub on the back deck surrounds by trees and wildlife. The host did an incredible job of making us feel at home. They provided an impressive amount of cooking supplies, from various oils to spices, as well as coffee and snacks. We really appreciated the helpful tips about the local area. The internet was a major plus, as there is no cell service in the area, and it worked perfectly throughout our entire trip.We do have a couple of notes for future guests. The water pressure was quite low, and the hot water tended to run out quickly if we took showers back to back. Also, the full-size bed felt a bit small for two average-sized adults, and one of us ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which wasn't ideal. As a general tip, we highly recommend stocking up on groceries before you arrive, especially since there is a full-sized kitchen and has everything you need. There are only a handful of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and they all close fairly early. Lastly, the incinerator toilet was an interesting and new experience for us, but the host's instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We were also able to get quick answers to all our questions.Overall, it was a great stay in a cute little cabin in the woods!

Nice cabin with great location near the entrance to Rainier National Park. Responsive host, quiet, clean, lots of amenities, and well equipped. As others have commented, the incinerating toilet had an occasional odor, and the price was high (I did book last minute and it was a weekend in peak season)
